Book two, Starlet’s Run, picks up right where Starlet’s Web left off answering the pressing questions we were all left wondering!
Liana Marie has finally admitted she is in love with Manuel. Liana’s also dealing with surviving the cancer that was attributed to the drugs she was given unknowingly that were meant to keep her looking younger, but instead caused a medical problem. Liana is trying to deal with everything surrounding her medical issues and also bring herself and Manuel closer as a couple at the same time.
The author gives you more insight into the characters in this installment, and you are able to get to know them more closely. You can tell the growth with the characters, they have realized that some decisions have consequences that they were not ready for. The author also takes the reader into the back story and you are then able to get to know the reasoning behind everything that happened. Starlet’s Run was a great read!
