The Mind of a Woman is a useful tool for self-discovery, growth, and an excellent way to stimulate open communications with your significant other, family, and friends. This book challenged me to view life in a different way. We do not have all of life questions – no matter what we have been through. There’s always an obstacle or two that comes in our direction – that has us questioning every opinion we previously had. The book contains 365 relationship scenario questions that Author Marissa Monteilh gathered from readers on her Social Media pages throughout the years.

This is not… I will say it again – This is not a relationship only book. This book is for EVERYONE. Below are a few of my suggestions for readers to implement this book in their daily lives.

Personal Growth Book – Buy a journal/notebook and pick a question to answer daily. When you get to question #365 – review your answers from the beginning. You will be surprised how your views/opinion has changed over the year.

New Couples – There’s nothing worse than falling head over heels for a wolf in sheep’s clothing. You don’t have to interrogate the person with question after question – you can make it into a fun game of discovery.

Seasoned Couples – This is the perfect tool to get out of the monotony of everyday life. You may learn a thing or two about your spouse/significant other. Family/Friends – There’s only so many times you can hear the same family stories about Uncle Ray getting drunk and falling asleep on the porch. This is the perfect book to get the party started. (pun intended)
