What You Won’t Do For Love by Keleigh Crigler Hadley will have you asking yourself the same question after closing the last page of this book.
This is a story of love on a two way street with unpredictable twists and turns. It’s a REAL story with REAL issues. The descriptions in the book were very detailed; you will swear these characters were people you know. I felt as though I was in the middle of an emotional storm as I turned each page. I experienced anger, loss, doubt, but there was a rainbow of faith and redemption at the end. I enjoyed getting to know each character and the past experiences that shaped them into the people they were. Eden was relatable. Gabe was too good to be true, and Nemo tugged at my heart from the moment we “met” him at the airport.
This book is an excellent book club read. It left me all fuzzy and warm inside, and I enjoyed the Scriptures for references. It’s a testimony that there’s a love for everyone. It may not be wrapped in the package we expect it to be… BUT if we pray, have faith and allow God to order our steps, he’ll lead us to the love HE created for us.

Though the book is fiction, I had to consider my own possible actions/reactions if I were in Eden’s position. Many of the scenarios are easily related to everyday life, therefore keeping your attention from the beginning to the end. Very well written, and just when you think you have the typical answer because you are an avid reader…not so! Very intriguing and fluid throughout the novel. I hope there is a sequel in the near future.
