Review

After reading the first few pages of this book, I had to take a moment to reflect on the wealth of information that was presented. After taking my mini reflection break – I grabbed my highlighter and continued reading.

Tox-Sick breaks down the numerous ways you can start removing toxins from your body.  The book covers effective ways to detox.  She also covers the steps that are needed to take care of every vital organ in the body.

This World is filled with so much toxicity that we need to take the necessary steps to heal ourselves so we can live longer. You will be surprised how many harmful foods and items we come in contact with on a daily basis.

What I loved about this book is the information isn’t only coming from Suzanne Somers, but she enlisted some of the top experts in the medical field. This isn’t your normal celebrity do and don’ts book.  I won’t say Tox-Sick is the only book you should read for medical information, but it’s a great reference book to keep in arm’s reach.
