I have been hearing about Keto for some time now but never took the time to find out more about it. I think it was the word MACROS that sent my mind racing – and once it started racing I was too exhausted to find out more about it.
Then the book The Keto Diet walked into my life. This is a complete guide to Keto – the questions I had about Keto were answered each time I turned the page. Leanne wrote in a way that wasn’t overwhelming which made it easier to understand what Keto means and how to adapt to the lifestyle. I love how the book is broken down into sections – each section covers topics that are important in the Keto Journey. The recipes cover everything and it even contains recipes for the sweet tooth. She also includes meal plans to make it easier for you. The shopping guide is another useful tool that’s included in the book. I can’t say enough good things about this book.
The Keto Lifestyle isn’t something you would want to jump in without doing your research. I have witnessed the changes that the Keto Lifestyle has made in people’s lives – so I know it works. Remember this is not a fad diet – is a way of living.
Even if you want to try out the Keto diet on a trial basis – I highly recommend this book.
