It’s New Year’s Eve, and Sylvie Gates is at an engagement party for her best friend. Sylvie sees a sexy guy that she is attracted to, and we know what happens at midnight? Kissing! So she goes for it and boy does she get more than she bargained for.

Sexy Erik Jordan CEO of Jordan Industries is all in for the kiss and more, but when he is left with just a lipstick note on a mirror, he is not sure what happened, but hey turnabout is a fair play or is it? When they run into each other again at his office, is the “heat” they experienced NYE still there? You’ll have to read it to find out.

I love Ms. Hodges writing! The dialogue is always on point, the story is very entertaining, and the characters are well-developed. This is a fun romantic story that I really enjoyed.

I highly recommend this book for those who like a good romance with substance in the storylines.
