If you are a beginner or have been running for years – this book is for you. I’m always looking for a book/magazine that will make running exciting to me, and I think Easy Running Plans by Jeff Gaudette is the answer to my wishes.
The book has four sections: Before You Lace Up, The Fundamentals, Putting in The Work, and Time to Train. The book also includes resources, references, and an index.
One of the things that stood out to me about this book was the workout section. It gives step by step instructions for the people that need that extra instruction to perform exercises the right way. I learned the hard way that you end up doing more damage to your body when you don’t have the correct posture.
Another very helpful thing in the book is the sample training plans. Instead of paying someone to give you a generic running training plan, this book will provide you with an efficient program that will help you reach your goals.
If you are serious about your fitness goals – grab a copy of this book.
