Good Sh*t covers the topic that a lot of people try to avoid. The subject of taking a good sh*t can be uncomfortable, but it’s very much needed. You will be surprised by the things you thought you knew but didn’t know.
The older I become and the more focused I become about my health – I have realized how much of a role taking a sh*t plays in our overall health.
The book includes a seven-day tracker to observe your bowel movement patterns. This tracker is beneficial because you can identify the foods or drinks that may affect your bowel movements. There’s also a 21-day tracker to see how changes in your diet have helped improve your well-being. One of the things I loved was the different yogas poses that are illustrated in the book. There is a wealth of information in the book.
