The Keto Diet Tracker is an excellent way to track your wellness journey. The journal includes a Getting Started section that gives readers a quick list of dos and don’ts of the ketogenic diet. I consider myself a journal snob – and this journal has checked all of the essential boxes for tracking.

The 8-month journal includes daily entries to track your daily food intake, 4-week check-in, weekly intentions, etc.

This journal has almost everything you will need to start your wellness journey. I say almost everything because the most important thing you need is a willing and ready mind.
