Paper Chains was one of those stories you start reading with no idea of what direction you will find yourself at the end. Readers are introduced to Hannah, a seemingly insecure woman who’s battling a lot in the mental department. Hannah “meets” India as she is trying to diffuse a youngster’s temper tantrum at Hannah’s place of employment. From afar, Hannah is captivated by India’s confidence but doesn’t make it known. India, on the other end, notices Hannah too.

The two meet again under different circumstances and form a friendship. As both of them get to know each other – they are still a lot of things that are left unsaid.

This story is very captivating but also heartbreaking. I had no idea this book would evoke so many emotions while I read it. There were some parts that I felt dragged, but I wanted to make sure I found out all of the secrets – so that kept me reading to the end.

Overall, this was a book I would recommend for your reading pleasure.
